Steady progress is underway on the Al Ain Residential Project, which comprises five housing complexes that will deliver a total of 10,316 villas for citizens upon completion, built to high standards of sustainability and quality.
The developments form part of Al Ain Region’s continuing urban expansion, creating integrated residential communities that promote family stability while enhancing living standards and social wellbeing.
Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region, reviewed the latest progress of the housing projects being delivered by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority in cooperation with its strategic partners.
The review is part of ongoing efforts to develop residential communities that meet citizens’ housing needs and improve quality of life.
The projects also reflect the government’s commitment to providing suitable housing for citizens, while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the housing sector by addressing future family needs and strengthening social cohesion.
