Tissoli, a luxury real estate collective known for delivering premium living environments, has marked three significant milestones for its AED1.2 billion ($327 million) flagship development, Palazzo Tissoli, in Ras Al Khaimah.
After achieving a complete sell-out of Phase 1, the developer has officially launched sales for Phase II and appointed GRID Properties as Strategic Development Manager, strengthening its commitment to delivering an internationally distinguished architectural landmark.
Established in 2019, GRID has quickly emerged as a major player in the sector, building a portfolio valued at over $2.2 billion and spanning 6.8 million sq ft across the UAE and the UK.
According to Tissoli, Palazzo Tissoli is the first residential project in Ras Al Khaimah to be designed by the renowned Italian design house Pininfarina. The strong demand that led to the rapid sell-out of Phase I has positioned the development among the most sought-after addresses in the Northern Emirates.
Responding to heightened interest from international buyers drawn to Italian-inspired living, Phase II introduces a limited selection of fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. These residences offer sweeping sea views and signature Pininfarina interiors.
The design takes inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s natural landscape of dunes and sea, requiring advanced technical expertise to translate Pininfarina’s distinctive aesthetic into reality.
Palazzo Tissoli will offer a range of resort-style amenities, including the Serenity Spa, Vitality Studio, a 24-hour café, the sunset-facing Skyline Lounge, and the exclusive Casa del Sigaro. With Phase 1 sold out and Phase 2 now underway, the project remains on course to reshape the emirate’s skyline, with completion scheduled for Q2 2028.
Dubai-based GRID has been appointed to oversee project delivery, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to Tissoli’s quality standards.
Pooja Rathore, COO of Tissoli, said that partnering with GRID at the execution stage aligns with the company’s commitment to excellence. She noted that investor response reflects growing demand for thoughtfully curated living experiences. The collaboration, she added, is structured to ensure Pininfarina’s Italian design DNA and Tissoli’s vision are seamlessly realized from concept through completion.
GRID Founder and CEO Shreen R Gupta said the company approaches projects as legacy-building opportunities, focused on blending functionality and purpose to enhance residents’ lives. He expressed pride in being appointed Development Manager and affirmed GRID’s commitment to delivering the project in line with Tissoli’s vision while setting a new quality benchmark for Ras Al Khaimah.
