Zoya Developments Unveils Miorah by Zoya in Dubai South

Zoya Developments has announced the launch of Miorah by Zoya, a premium collection of 60 fully furnished apartments in Dubai South. The project, scheduled for handover in Q2 2027, comprises 28 studio units and 32 two-bedroom apartments.

Positioned as a luxury residential offering, Miorah features curated interiors, handpicked finishes, and a host of lifestyle and wellness amenities. The development is designed to deliver a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary living.

All residences offer spacious open-plan layouts complemented by premium furnishings, creating refined yet practical living spaces. According to Shoaib Khan, CEO of Zoya Developments, the project reflects the company’s commitment to architectural precision and everyday comfort. With 16 years of real estate experience, he noted that Miorah has been thoughtfully crafted to meet the evolving expectations of homeowners and investors, emphasizing quality, convenience, and long-term value within a well-connected community.

The interiors are designed to align with modern lifestyles, featuring warm, inviting spaces, shaded terraces, and serene community views. Residents will have access to wellness-focused amenities including a swimming pool, gym, yoga deck, and relaxation cabanas, supporting an active and balanced lifestyle.

Looking ahead, the developer plans to unveil eight additional projects this year, including an Experience Centre in Business Bay. Miorah marks the company’s third launch within 30 days, reinforcing its growth strategy and focus on sustainable, thoughtfully designed communities.

Sustainability is a key element of the project, with features such as solar-powered systems, EV charging stations, and green community planning. Round-the-clock security and concierge services will further enhance safety, comfort, and convenience for residents.
