Omniyat has appointed Dutco as the main contractor for Enara, a mixed-use luxury development located at Marasi Bay within the Burj Khalifa district.
Enabling works, including piling, have been completed, and Omniyat is set to award all remaining subcontract packages throughout 2026.
The superstructure is scheduled to rise to the 10th floor, with MEP installations and finishing works advancing up to the fifth level. Façade installation is expected to begin later this year.
ENARA will feature exclusive single-tenant floorplates, private lift access, landscaped terraces, and advanced digital infrastructure. The development has already secured LEED Platinum pre-certification.
The project represents the first milestone in Omniyat’s broader strategy to redefine the ultra-luxury commercial segment, with another landmark development planned in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
