RMJM Launches Concept Designs for Dubai Creek Harbour Towers

AE Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Feb 09 , 2026

RMJM, a leading global architecture and design network, has unveiled the concept design for Plot H15 at Dubai Creek Harbour, a prominent waterfront residential development being delivered in collaboration with master developer Emaar at one of Dubai’s most ambitious urban destinations.

Located on a prime waterfront parcel, Plot H15 is envisioned as a calm, human-centered residential environment shaped by light, landscape, and expansive views. The concept features two slender residential towers rising to heights of 180 meters and 160 meters, unified by a sculpted multi-level podium that forms the social and ecological heart of the development.

According to RMJM, the project will comprise 758 residences across both towers, carefully planned to maximize panoramic views of Dubai Creek, the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and the city’s evolving skyline.

The architectural design balances vertical elegance with strong horizontal connectivity. Generous floor-to-floor heights, expansive balconies, and a finely calibrated façade composition are intended to enhance daylight penetration, occupant comfort, and environmental performance. A refined material palette of travertine, timber, and metal lends the towers a timeless and understated character.

At podium level, the development introduces layered gardens, shaded walkways, and wellness-oriented amenities, creating a series of elevated outdoor spaces seamlessly linked to the waterfront promenade. RMJM said the design aims to foster community interaction while reinforcing the project’s connection to its natural and urban surroundings.
