A New Standard for Urban Living

City Walk Northline is designed to offer residents a uniquely peaceful urban retreat within one of Dubai’s most dynamic areas. The residences will feature private terraces, infinity-edge pools, state-of-the-art gyms, and stylish communal spaces.

The architectural vision is inspired by nearby landmarks, including The Green Planet and Central Park, creating a seamless blend of modern design, lush landscaping, and the lively atmosphere of City Walk. The project's strategic location between Jumeirah Street and Sheikh Zayed Road ensures excellent connectivity to major attractions like the Dubai Mall and Coca-Cola Arena.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, highlighted the project's importance, stating that City Walk Northline is a "significant milestone" in developing one of Dubai's most dynamic lifestyle destinations. He emphasized that the partnership with GCC Contracting underscores their commitment to delivering exceptional homes that enrich the urban landscape.
