Majid Al Futtaim, one of the Middle East’s leading developers, has awarded a contract worth AED 2 billion ($544.56 million) to Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) for the construction of Capria East, Capria West, and Maravelle Residences within the Ghaf Woods development.
The award represents a significant milestone in the development of Ghaf Woods, Dubai’s first forest-inspired residential community, underscoring Majid Al Futtaim’s commitment to creating sustainable, wellness-focused destinations that seamlessly blend luxury living with nature.
Capria East and Capria West will feature a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with duplex residences. Drawing inspiration from the UAE’s native Ghaf tree, the project incorporates extensive forest landscapes, wellness-oriented amenities, and energy-efficient architectural design to promote a healthier and more nature-connected lifestyle.
Established in 1975, Engineering Contracting Company brings nearly five decades of experience in delivering landmark developments across the UAE and the wider Gulf region, making it one of the region’s most established construction firms.
